How do you package your vinyl records for shipping?
We take great pride in our packaging. All records are shipped in heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers with extra padding to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for defective records?
If you receive a record with a manufacturing defect or significant playback issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your specific location.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
If you have multiple open orders that have not yet shipped, please email our support team with your order numbers and we will do our best to combine them and refund the shipping difference.
Are the records listed online also available in your physical store?
Yes, our online inventory is synced in real-time with our physical shop in Loveland, Ohio. If it shows as 'In Stock' online, it is currently available on our shelves.
